Tips for the Best Almond Joy Bites

  • Use High-Quality Ingredients: Choose an unsweetened nut butter and shredded coconut to keep carbs low.
  • Let Them Cool Completely: The cookies need to cool before dipping them in melted chocolate, or the chocolate might slide off.
  • Chill to Set the Chocolate: A quick trip to the fridge helps the chocolate harden, creating that perfect snap when you bite into them.

Storing & Serving

Store your Keto Almond Joy Bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. They also freeze well, so you can make a big batch and enjoy them whenever a craving hits!
